Terms and Conditions

Driver/Renter Requirements

  • Renter must be 25 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.  The Company will conduct a background check on any person(s) listed on rental agreement as drivers.
  • Individuals listed as drivers must be present at the beginning of the rental and present their driver’s license to the company for verification.
  • Only a valid credit card with the renter’s name on it may be used for payment.  The company does not take for payment, checks or debit cards.

Deposits/Refunds

  • Deposits are required to secure a reservation.
  • Full refunds can be issued within 48 hours of a reservation, that is no less than two weeks prior to rental departure.
  • Refunds can be used after the 48-hour period when making the reservation, but is no less than two weeks prior to rental departure, but will incur a processing fee of $200.00
  • Cancellations made on the fourteenth to seventh day prior to departure date, will get a 50% refund on the full amount of their rental.
  • Cancellations made less than seven dates until departure must pay the rental in full.

Vehicle Pick Up (start of rental)

  • Motorhome pick-up times are between 9:00AM and 12:00 PM.
  • Other pick-up times may be accommodated upon request to the Company.  Please reach out to the Company no less than 2 weeks prior to pick-up.
  • Not arriving at the designated time may interfere with your departure, especially if there are other renters scheduled to be sent out.  No refunds will be issued if your departure is delayed because you are late.
  • Renters may store one of their own vehicles in the Company lot during the rental period.  The company is not responsible for the security of the vehicle, or any damages or theft that may occur while in the Company lot.

Vehicle Return (end of rental)

  • Vehicle return times are between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.  Return times are scheduled prior to start of the rental.  Allow for up to 1 hour when the vehicle is returned for inspection.  A renter leaving prior to completion of the inspection, and failure to sign the completion of rental documents, may invalidate the renter ability to dispute potential damages to the vehicle during the rental.
  • Late fees are applied to all vehicles that return 45 minutes or more from their scheduled return time.  The fee for late charges is $50 per hour.  Vehicles returning 6:00 PM or later will be charged for an additional night per rental contract rates.
  • There are no refunds for vehicles returned prior to the end of the rental period.
  • Vehicles must be returned broom clean, with all garbage removed.
  • Vehicle must be returned with both grey and black water holding tanks completely empty.  Grey and/or blank tanks that have not been completely emptied by renter prior to return will be subject to a $75 dump fee that will be applied to the credit card on file.

Accidents

  • Renters must inform the company of any accident, no matter how minor, within 24 hours of when the accident occurred.  If possible, a police report should be filed by the appropriate agency.  Renter should also contact road side assistance if needed.

Use of Vehicle

  • Only persons listed on the rental contract as drivers may drive the Vehicle.
  • No person(s) may operate the Vehicle who is not listed as a driver on the contract.
  • No person(s) may operate the Vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  If the Vehicle is operated by a driver who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the Company reserves the right to reposes the Vehicle, and no refund will be issued for unused nights.
  • No person(s) may operate the Vehicle whose Intention is to commit a crime or engage in illegal activity.
  • No person(s) may take the Vehicle into Mexico.
  • Travel to Canada must first be authorized by the company, no less than 2 weeks prior to the rental.  

GPS Tracking Device

  • The company reserves the right to use gps tracking devices in their rental vehicles.  Renters must not tamper with, disconnect, or destroy these devices.  Renters are prohibited to use the software, hardware, sell, resell, publish, reproduce, duplicate, or copy any part of the or portion of the GPS, its service, or software.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

  • The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time.

Key Terms

  • Bandit RV LLC operating as goRVenture, hereafter may be referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” and “the Company” “goRVenture”, and “Bandit RV LLC”
  • Renters may be referred to as “renters”, “customers” or “clients”.
  • Rental vehicles may be referred to as “motorhomes”, “rv’s”, “units”, and “vehicles”.

Renters Responsibilities

  • As the renter of the vehicle, you are responsible for returning the vehicle in the condition it was given to you when the rental began.  You, the renter, acknowledge that you are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are responsible for the acts and omissions of any individuals you invite to, or otherwise provide access to the Vehicle.  In the event there is evidence of damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to photographs of said damage, you agree to pay the cost of replacing said damaged items.  Upon the evidence of damage to the vehicle, the Company will notify the renter of said damage, within 48 hours of the return of the vehicle, by the renter.  If the renter decides to dispute a claim of damage, the renter must notify the Company within 48 hours of when the Company sent notification to the renter of the damage(s).  If the renter does not respond in said 48 hours, the Company will charge the renters credit card on file.  If the Company cannot successfully charge the renters credit card, the renter agrees to pay the Company in full for the repair of all damages.
  • the vehicle is vandalized while in the possession of the renter, the renter must have a police report made for verification of said vandalism.  If the renter does not get a complete police report, the renter will be financially responsible for all repairs to the vehicle.

Tickets/Toll Violations

  • Any tickets, toll violations, penalty fees, late fees, or service charges related to said evasions/violations, during the rental period, are the sole responsibility of the renter.  Many states can take up to 6 months or longer to process violations.  You, the renter, agrees to pay all charges relating to the above
